   Recommend to any 2L student who is not yet getting straight A's
It's nice that the Siegels' approach is nice. The summary chapter at the beginning is about law school exam attacks, which is a version of a client interview. You are graded differently by a professor than a potential client, but Siegels' gives some great strategies. The substantive QandA formats are helpful as well. Half of the book is devoted to essays and their answers. Excellent preparation for the exam attack. The other half is devoted to multiple choice QandA which are set up like questions from a show, where they build on each other, or are off the same pattern. It is worth the money.

I bought this because I was going to take the Business Associations exam and it was going to be an essay only exam. There are 27 essay questions with detailed answers and more than 100 multiple choice questions. When the author listed what questions pertained to certain topics in the back of the book, it was helpful to our class. I was satisfied with the purchase.

I had high expectations when I bought this book. 120 MC questions would be a good warm up for my final, a multiple choice exam. I am confused by the lack of qualitycreativity in the MC questions and the lack of references to the UPA. I want my money back

There are a lot of questions and short essays in this book that are helpful for a course or bar prep. I used it for bar preparation. This product is filled with typos and you can't always rely on the answers being correct.

This is not one of the Siegels books that are good. The answers to the questions are not well explained. Some of the topics in Corporation law are covered by multiple choice questions.

The flip to the back of the book for the answers is very annoying in the kindle version. Questions were not covered in my course.
