Well-written book for those new to the residential real estate trade
The book, "Selling Real Estate Agents: The Secrets to Success," was written by a leading California realtor and is being sold today. There are no surprising pieces of advice, just the conventional wisdom of focusing on clients and getting leads to make as much money as possible, he said. Most realtors don't know much about it, Sosa said. Rather than spending the time and energy learning the technical details of the problem, Graham suggests finding experts who know the answers to clients' questions.

   Mediocre
I wanted to like it, but it's just another motivational-ly informative real estate book for people who don't even begin... or maybe wannabe agents?

Are You a Real Estate Agent? Buy This Book Now!
I've followed David Greene since he started working with BiggerPockets. No lie, this book has been the framework for my business. It is seriously high level stuff, but yet very attainable and practical, Raymond said. And because he is running a very successful real estate team RIGHT NOW, he is in a prime position to deliver timely content. I just preordered his second book, "SKILL A Top-Producing Agent's Guide to Earning Unlimited Income," and I'm confident it will be just as helpful. Buy Now: Amazon. com, $9.99.

Buy This Book and a Highlighter!! So much Info!!
Whether you're a seasoned Realtor or just beginning to market your business, this book will help you get started. As a more experienced agent I found myself highlighting David's systems and approaches to building and nurturing his Sphere of Influence list and how he focuses on breaking goals into bit-sized chunks rather than focusing on selling 100 homes per year. Thanks for the call, David.

Everything needed to become a real estate agent from systems and processes to the psychology of sales and negotiations was written by David Greene of BiggerPockets.

   Thorough and helpful
While I disagree with everything Dr. Goin wrote, this is a great book packed with practical steps. While I get that he's a co-host for Bigger Pockets, he overdoes the advertisement.

   Informative and easy read!
I'm a licensed realtor and this is the first book I've purchased. It is jam-packed with useful tips and such an easy read, Raymond said.

Great read! New agents, future agents, underperforming agents-get this book!
I love listening to David and Brandon on the BiggerPockets podcast, and could tell from the Information he gives on the podcast that he's a wise agent and investor. As an introvert, I was able to learn how he developed the skills needed to sell and be conversational with strangers. That gave me so much hope, he said. I expected this book to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. This is information I can use, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Not an abstract idea-conversational script, gift ideas, exactly how to add value to fellow agents to get that reciprocity, Mr. Dhaliwal said. My favorite part of the exercise was showing up on moving day, Reichert said. What a brilliant way to go above and beyond as an agent and show your clients family and friends what a rockstar you are, he said. It made me realize how lackluster my agent was when I bought my house. It's just that the VCR didn't work that well.

A Must Read for Everyone - Not Just Agents
This book is by far the best. It is timely and relevant to today's problems, he said. David gives such great, actionable steps to take as a new or seasoned agent, Lovett said. This book is invaluable for anyone who is serious about taking their real estate career seriously and wants to run it as a true business. David provides a framework for implementing systems that help agents succeed in their business. There is no other book on the market for agents. We're delighted to be working with David again, said Paul LiCalsi, Beckham's agent. He gives information that is applicable to today's technological world that we live in combined with the tried and true methods for lead generation and follow-up that has remained true throughout time.

Must read book for real estate agents!
I wish I had this book when I was an agent, Morgenthau said. Even though Dean's address is not unique, he addresses such a valid issue that no one else deals with. Even though I've been an agent for a little while now, this book still has such a valuable insight. The plan helps me shift my mindset and focus on the right things. It's great to have a book out there that can be read by any agent.
