So Sweet - Great Message & Illustrations!

I love this for our 2yo - I know she doesn't yet grasp these concepts, but she learns fast and it's a wonderful introduction with bright illustrations! We often read it to help wind down before nap and bed and it has helped teach her still body, closed eyes, deep breaths. There is even a great message for caregivers at the end... would absolutely recommend!

Another awesome Hello Lucky title!

This is a board book that would be wonderful to read for all children and adults. I actually bought four copies for each of my 3 children's households and one to stay in Grandma's house. Was glad that I had this extra for myself, since the other three were gifts. A copy had some production defects, mostly on the cover. It is too bad that brand-new books can not always be pristine. But the content of this book is a good lesson in pause and relaxation in taking time.
