Gorgeous keepsake book

I bought this for my first grader's science book. You could read a spread a week, do an art activity, and find a poem to copy related to that week's topic. Even my older girls love it! From clouds to dragonflies, there are so many great science topics out there. It's just that good.

Absolutely Beautiful Book
Derived From Web , May 9, 2021
What a beautiful book! I have 4 kids and own many, many books about nature. It's absolutely gorgeous, and I love the message it sends. It has the usual nature information—like bees and butterflies—but also has other wonderful things like experiencing a sunrise, cherry blossom trees, and other things I didn't expect. Honestly, when I saw the book title, I thought it was going to be a book about doing yoga or something, but I was surprised at the content and how much beauty was packed inside. Really wonderful book, and I think it is a wonderful edition to any child's library.

FANTASTIC book
Derived From Web , Mar 22, 2021
I have read all the books, but this is by far the best. I use it for home-schooling my 6-year-old. Older people, too, could benefit from the exercise. The illustrations are all natural, witty and completely reflect the natural world. It will be kept and treasured. When I get older, I hope to send copies to friends' children. It's great to introduce nature study at different seasonal changes, he said. Good book, highly recommend. She can read most of the words, but it's just that she's a 3rd grader. The book would be of interest to elementary and middle school students through 5th grade, said Dr. Lee Broomhead, of the University of Michigan's school of education.

A book to share your love of nature.
Derived From Web , Mar 18, 2021
The illustrations and text created a book worthy of the family. It is not a story book, but one to create interest in the natural world, he said. Before you can enjoy your walk in your own backyard, park, prairie or nature center, you must have a permit. Pictures and text are just that valuable. I plan to share it with family and friends, Vazzi said.

This book is amazing!
Derived From Web , Jan 26, 2021
The cover of this book is truly amazing. The book begins with a poem by W.H. Evans, followed by a collection of short stories by John Philip Sousa. It was a great night out, and I will treasure the memory of Davies, Leisure. The book is large and colorful, and self-explanatory, so it can be intersting to kids who do not read yet. It's great to give as a birthday present or as a Christmas present. When I first opened it, I took a moment to slow down and appreciate the artists and different ideas they captured there.

Everyone in our house has a book of their own. We have a family with a ton of nature books, and this is definitely the current favorite. Beautifully written and illustrated by first-time novelist and illustrator Pauley Kilpatrick. It's a calming, informative and fascinating read. It's great to hear from Dr. Goin that people recommend it.

Home school moms tend to be teaching, but this book is just a no-brainer. The illustrations are beautiful and the concepts are what I'm always trying to teach my kids. Slow down and watch the replay. It's amazing, but you have to sit still for a few minutes to truly enjoy the experience.
