   Spawn at its best!!! It’s a must buy!!!
It is missing the covers, but it is still an absolutely beautiful book that is worth your money. The only negative thing I can say is that it came in the mail. The box was badly damaged and the book had small flaws. The top of the cover is rolling and the left corner is peeling off in the smallest amount. I can tell you that the condition it came in was 810, which is the risk you take ordering these books. If you read the book with two hands and take good care of it, you should be fine. The overall opinion is that this will be a great read. It will come slightly damaged but not bad. Maybe the seller will pack it with bubble wrap to help it travel.

   So much awesome!
The compendium is great. I have a bunch of these in black and white but they are not close to this. This compendium is the best 50 issue collection I' ve ever purchased, and I'm not even mentioning how awesome spawn is. I can't wait for volume 2. The book is large and heavy, so it's understandable that there are no covers.

   Great starting point to get into reading spawn.
I got it at a very cheap price from Amazon. If you have never read or gotten the books, you can get 50 comics for around a dollar a piece, which is a great deal if you want to get into spawn. It was packaged in an empty box with no protection and the top of the spine got damaged. It's a 60 dollar product.

If you want to start from the beginning of Spawn's origin, you need a great collection.

   Massive
I didn't think the size was right. It's larger than a phone book and weighs a ton. It's hard to read because there is no margin or border around the page and the illustration goes into the spine. If you want to see the whole page, you' ll be cracking the spine to pieces.

   Arrived in bad condition, disappointed..
The book is everything I hoped it would be and more. Todd and capullo can't go wrong, which is why I chose 2 stars instead of 1. Maybe it was the mistake of picking free shipping when I received this item again?

   High quality but has a down side
It's incredible to get 50 issues for this price. The paper quality is nice. There are no issues with this volume. It makes no sense that they couldn't add covers. In the future, the binding will probably get loose. It is a huge value for the price paid. Bring on volume two already.
