No flaps
Derived From Web , Jan 27, 2021
I used to love Spot books so that I wanted to get some for my daughter. I was very disappointed that there were no flaps in this book or in the Daddy book. That is what I loved about the Spot books.

Beware: Not a lift-the-flap book
Derived From Web , Sep 7, 2020
Cute board book for my 10 month old, but be aware that it is NOT a lift-the-flap book. That is what I expected because I apparently did not read the description and thought all Spot books were for some reason. Still an inexpensive book to add to our board book collection, and my baby likes it.

Nice Simple Book
Derived From Web , Jul 18, 2018
It is not a bad book, just not as good as Where's Spot? And I purchased this together with 2 other baby books for guests to sign for a baby shower, and there is no room for everyone to sign, so it did not fit what I needed.

PSA: This book does NOT have flaps
Derived From Web , Jan 21, 2018
It's okay... I have completely misread the fact that these DON 'T have flaps, so I was disappointed for this reason. The story is cute ''. I got this one and the Spot Loves His Daddy version for our 12m son for Christmas, and he gets frustrated, but he thinks it's where the spot is, so he picks it up for us to read, and then gets annoyed when he realizes it is not his favorite. Probably should have returned, but oh well, if this was helpful, vote.

Spot loves his mommy, enough said.
Derived From Web , May 18, 2017
My granddaughter gave Spot Loves His Mommy to her Mommy for Mother's Day, she both really enjoyed it. It is a sweet little book about Spot and his mom hanging out at home, the last page has Spot telling his mommy, I love you, Mommy! She replies in kind. No pop-ups or hidden pictures to discover, just Spot spending time with his mother, for my 22 month old granddaughter it was enough. Eric Hill really knew how to keep a little one's attention with cute illustrations telling the story as well as the written words. I am happy with my purchase, I think it is great for 0 -- 2.5 year old, with its simple story and lyrics.

Nice complement to Spot Loves his Dad
Derived From Web , Jan 13, 2017
Our 1 year old loves'spot loves his father's so to paxify my wife, I ordered this book... he also loves this one! It is simple but colorful and as a board book pretty robust to baby's sticky fingers and the odd gnawing attempt due to teething. Having both Mommy and Dad makes for a nice set, though I do feel like Spot has more fun in his story with Dad.
