Can an undercover nerd become a superstar secret agent? Maybe not, but it'll be fun to watch him try

Ben Ripley may only be in middle school, but he's already pegged his dream job: C.I.A. or bust. Unfortunately for him, his personality doesn't exactly scream secret agent. In fact, Ben is so awkward, he can barely get to school and back without a mishap. Because of his innate nerdiness, Ben is not surprised when he is recruited for a magnet school with a focus on science--but he's entirely shocked to discover that the school is actually a front for a junior C.I.A. academy. Could the C.I.A. really want him?

Actually, no. There's been a case of mistaken identity--but that doesn't stop Ben from trying to morph into a supercool undercover agent, the kind that always gets the girl. And through a series of hilarious misadventures, Ben realizes he might actually be a halfway decent spy.if he can survive all the attempts being made on his life

   Start this series!
I was hooked on the series from the first book. Fun, entertaining, and an easy read.

   Great spy story!
My son, who LOVES any spy stories, said this is one of his favorites. Yes, we are reading Spy Camp. My only complaint is the cursing, but I would not recommend it for very young children if they are reading it themselves. It is beyond me why they feel the need to put that kind of language in children's literature, Mrs Clinton said.

   Suspenseful
This book was both exciting and interesting at the same time, he said. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. The book is available for $22.95.

My 11 year old son loved this book, finished it in a matter of days, said his mom. Just about everything about the sequel, Spy Camp, was a blast.

AMAZING BOOK!! DONT LISTEN TO ONE STARS!!!
I'm a huge SPY fan, Taylor said. I am an 11 year old girl who reads middle school books and I absolutely love Stuart Gibbs. He is the only person who kill me check every day on Amazon until the book is out. One star may have changed his ways of doing business, but the other didn't. Yes, there are curse words, but trust me, you an eight year old have been exposed to that already. Even though I was 5, I knew about curse words when nobody was around me. I came from the fun jungle series, Mr. Caramore said. The book is a total disaster. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE ONE STARS
It was a great read, I think, by a kid. It's just that nobody can read. However, if you are easily scared of things like assassins, this series may not be for you. In ''The Order of the Phoenix,'' Harry is 15, and fully a teenager at last, but Stuart Gibbs somehow mixed the magic of both Artemis Fowl and Harry Potter. This book series deserves to be among the greats of all time, he said. One of the reasons this book is not from the puritanical side of Hollywood is because it isnt from the puritanical side of the industry. It's perspective from your average middle school kid in an average school. It shows how you don't have to be anyone special to do great things, he said. One reason is because it will literally make you fall out of your chair in a fit of laughter. YES!P.S. You better hit the this was helpful button cuz i just typed that whole thing on a kindle, esh.

   Some curse words
My son found this book and thought it was a good read, but said their expressions were used that weren't the best and some curse words used by the young main characters. I've read a couple of the chapters and thought there were better books out there. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

   Scary, sets a bad example.
The second time she read the book, she couldn't sleep. 3 a.m. The infamous lines include: "The words murder, assassins, torture, weapons and gas spear multiple times on each page." The character is a glorified underachieving whiner who hates school and is therefore incapable of speaking. It was a blast, said Blair, "My son loved it." I have misplaced the book.

   Kiddo loves this series
Bought this book for a kid who started to lose interest in reading. The Harrisons were extremely pleased with the book and the way it was written. Had to have it all because she read it so fast, she said. A couple of the shows are pretty neat, too, said Blair Simon, executive vice president of CBS Television.
