It's my husband's favorite restaurant, so I bought this for him. The book is beautiful and easy to follow. I'm excited to enjoy the results and he's excited to cook from it. One of our favorite books.

We' ve tried 3 recipes from the book and are impressed with the level of detail that Stuart and Nicole provided. The photos are great, but the true test is the result you put on the table. My husband and I are both experienced cooksbakers and love challenging recipes, so I think any level of experience would be successful with this book. The details are specific and the photos show you what to expect. I am happy to say that the recipes I have tried come close to the ones I enjoyed at the restaurant.
