A fellow teacher suggested a book for my class to read. My students couldn't wait to see what happened next, the subject is dark, and the babysitter is brave.

I absolutely love this book. I read it to my 5 th graders and they liked it. The strong characters created by the author have to use ingenuity to solve their problems. Her characters are very smart.
