   Short and Sweet Strengths Leadership
VERY precise. The four domains of leadership are presented as well as what strengths represent what domain. This is a precision tool for selecting leadership team members. The four basic needs of followers are also listed with how you can easily meet these needs using Your Strengths. If you already did Strengthsfinder2.0, take a new account and make the test again if you already did the Strengthsfinder2.0 test. The order and one or two strengths will probably change, and one or two strengths will also increase. This is not a book by some authors I Love Me, but is based on years of research by teams and on 10's of thousands of Gallup polls.

This book details the path to great leadership development and growth within an individual and collective. For any major leadership, a must read for all must read majors.

This book puts you on a thought provoking trip to figure out why many things are the way it is currently, and points us to what we can do as an individual. It speaks for you about things you have experienced at your work place and helps you understand how subtle things could bring about a major change in work culture to help the overall execution of projects that seem to be in limbo. A must read for MBA aspires.

A must read for everyone A must read for everyone. I read this book as a follow-on to Living Your Strengths ''. I wish I had this book 30 years ago, which would have helped me in my business ventures and career choices. I had my kids read it and take the Gallup test.

This book is nothing but inspiring! True! Life! Tales from the Tales! Real Life Leaders : Beware of Real Life Leaders! Fortune 500 companies are among the 500 companies in the US! It is just like any other book aimed at people looking to climb the corporate ladder, like any other book. The authors claim to know the one true way to be the best team leader possible. Break out your Buzzword Bingo card and you 'll win in less than a chapter.

   How To Find the One Time Code for the Kindle Version
For me, this was super confusing, so I figured I'd share. Even Amazon - support doesn 't know how this works. They told me that I should contact the hardcopy or paperback or buy the publisher. The book says that the e-book retailer will provide the code. The code was sent in a separate email almost immediately after you receive confirmation of the wild goose purchase. The email will be directly from Amazon and the subject of the email will be Here is your promotional credit from your recent Amazon order. I've trashed mine without actually finding it on my iPhone. I hope this helps someone else who, like me, paid more for the kindle version than the others. PThey should update the details of this product with more specific instructions on what to expect for the e-version. Bottom line. You get a code with the Kindle version and it comes in a separate email.

   4 SCHOOL? DON'T PURCHASE E-BOOK NO ACCESS CODE. UNLESS YOU PURCHASE NEW HARDCOVER
I purchased the item prior to the beginning of the semester. During the December break, I discovered I need an access code, that is not included in the e-book, it is only in a new hardcover book. When dealing with the Kindle Book, which is not disclosed. Not only is the book for sale, since I can 't take the strengthsfinder 2.0 except I go to the website of the book and pay an additional amount. I have not given this a star at all. They should have a minus star rating.

   No Access Code, No Response
Alas, I refunded the Kindle version for a full refund, because the included access code for the evaluation was not full and attempts to contact the publisher produced absolutely no response. Silence is the art of silence. It is too bad because the Clifton Strengths program is amazing. These issues need to be resolved immediately.

   DONT BUY THE EBOOK
Buy the book from the actual website! Alternatively, if you buy it from Amazon, realize that the whopping 32 dollar kindle ebook price tag is useless because you do not get the access code to save your money and buy it new. If they are going to charge you for an ebook and not give the access code, you might as well buy a used book for $0.94, because without access to the website is actually worth taking the quiz required for the book!
