It was my 6 year old that got it for me. The book was designed and printed with high quality images that capture the interest of the child.

Great book overall.

This book is a great read, said Pauley. There was a mistake on the back of the book, which states: "There should be 6 long words and 4 short words." Just fyi!t!

Funner than school
Derived From Web , Jul 5, 2021
My son is a huge Harry Potter fan. There is no doubt that it is keeping him fresh on school topics that he has learned last year. A lot of work, but it was well put together.

Missing Stickers
Derived From Web , Jun 15, 2021
This workbook is very good. It includes stickers to add to a map in the back to track progress. There are two pages for each level, but no pages for levels 1-3. I bought this book in April and started my kids on the book in June, which was past its return date, so I'm stuck with a defective book.

Not bad, but could be better!

Nice big print, but doesn't have enough exercise questions, said Dr. Goin. This book only has half the pages of the regular Brain Quest book.

Terrible
Derived From Web , Aug 8, 2020
He said Blair's book was "a terrible book." It's also very confusing, so my child becomes discouraged and unmotivated. We strongly recommend that you do not use this product. The rest is just paper money wasted on useless repairs.

Great for independent learning
Derived From Web , Jul 31, 2020
This book makes learning fun, too. The quest map is the best tool to motivate kids to keep going. There are some fairytale references to be found in the nursery rhymes - Cinderella, Three Little Pigs, Jack and the Beanstalk - so if the child is unfamiliar with them, they can be followed easily.

Both mom and son approve
Derived From Web , Jul 22, 2020
The book is very thorough and engaging for my rising second grader. Even though he was a teenager, he was motivated by the sticker chart and actually enjoyed most activities. If anything, I would have liked to have seen him go through the book more quickly. If they had a follow-up, I would get it. 0 3171616 3171616 This is very serious," said Dr. Michael Broomhead, of the National Institutes of Health.

Highly Recc
Derived From Web , Jul 18, 2020
This is the perfect workbook for our 6 year old daughter getting ready for school. The workbook continues to develop her math skills, adding challenges such as reading comprehension, math problem written out, and even counting circles. It was written in a "fun" way that she looks forward to doing homework, she said.

WAY TOO EASY, NOT ENOUGH CONTENT
Derived From Web , Mar 21, 2020
During the current epidemic, my state has canceled all public-private schools. But I was still scrambling to find something that was still in stock to help with work with my son. He had three months left to go before our governor cancelled school for the remainder of this school year. Some reviewers said the workbooks were too easy, so I ordered all of the Brain Quest workbooks from K-2, and all the summer ones from Amazon, just in case. We received this one first, cracked it open just to take a peek at the inside of the suit. Just 15 minutes after posting, Mr. Smith had achieved level 1 of the challenge. Only 7 levels of this workbook are actually required by Microsoft, so he could do it in one day! There is no way this workbook would keep a child going through the whole summer and especially if they are on par for grade!
