Very engaging for the kids. Each child has an adventure map and earns stickers as they progress through the lessons. He emphasized the importance of lessons in building foundations for independent thinking. Broomhead said: "I love the Beatles. I also bought their other workbooks. Smash Hits has had huge success with these guys.

Educational and fun for the kids. All win.

This is our second year using the Brain Quest program, and my kids really enjoyed it. If I were to give one bit of advice it would be to keep the back achievements map attached to the workbook because the first year we did it, we lost the map for one of the books. My kids absolutely love summer brain quest they have completed the entire book in two consecutive summers. Overall, the Cravelli content is great, well written and well paced. Each day we did a few pages, Morgenthau said. It was a great deal of fun, the kids kept wanting more and they preferred it over other workbooks. Even with all the criticism, it does great review and is a great supplement through the summer.

Way too easy - not really first grade prep
Derived From Web , Jul 15, 2020
Broomhead's book is a well-designed, fun activity, but it simply isn't difficult enough. In my son's kindergarten class, he was generally at least level cd readers and was working on math problems with sums up to 20. The shooting happened at a public school in the city. This book is fun and keeps him busy for a few minutes to get three stickers, but he isn't learning anything. It's too remedial for me to even consider it review. 0 1462228 4622201 This is too remedial for me to even consider it review. Yes, I'm a huge fan of the "X2" series. Now he has to put in the work to get to where he wants to be. Only in the past few weeks have we seen the level of calibrations become more accurate. 0 31612 This level of grading simply isn't calibrated.

My son doesn‘t mind doing it, that says a lot.

Covid summer isn't easy, esp. It's great to be back with the kids, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Before the Covid lockdown, I assumed we would be doing a lot of vacationing and summer camps, but now we are stuck at home and I almost feel obligated to make him do some learning so he doesn't sit in front of a TV all day while I work. I bought many workbooks, tracing, reading, math, you name it, and every time I make him do his school work, he has a little melt down... Except with this one! Because he gets to level and put little stickers on a map every time he completes a page, he doesn't mind doing this one, or at least not as much, and it covers reading, writing and math, even has coloring and drawing, too. I have already purchased the workbook for my son to complete this one. I don't need him to get ahead of where he should be in class, but it is nice to have him continue learning during this long boring summer, Mrs. Dhaliwal said.

Impossible not to love it!
Derived From Web , Jul 6, 2020
It has tons of activities, very well planned, aged appropriated and very understandable in case your kiddo is not reading yet. The outdoors activities are very useful and fun, they needed to be read, but we liked them all. There are three or four activities that you can do in a day, very neat and focused, Mr. Dhaliwal said. The average commute could take just 10 minutes to an hour. Great idea, said Kim. She is only able to do the work with the help of the stickers. What a blast!!!!!!!!! Just in case it happens to you, we'll refund your money.

Educational & fun

This is a perfect summer workbook that will have your students working well into the fall. The company said it started testing its own products last week. My son is in preschool and won't be going to kindergarten until the following year, but he is working on the Pre-K to K book. I also purchased the 1st and 3rd grade workbooks, so I'll move them on to those after they finish. They're very motivated by the stickers and the levels, Raymond said. Each level has a treasure box, complete with instructions to open the next level.

One of our favorite summer activities to keep skills sharp
Derived From Web , Dec 9, 2019
Whether you're a teacher or a dad, these summer brain-quest workbooks are the perfect way to keep your kids sharp during the summer months out of school. We try and have a few completed each week, and most of them require very little involvement with the parents, said Dr. Julie Gerberding, director of Child Development at the NIH. Tracks progress using a fold-out map and stickers when children complete an activity. 0 968201 This activity is fun, and they keep track of progress using a fold-out map and stickers when they complete an activity. It's quick, fun, and helps keep kids busy during the summer. Great prices! она!

Son said YES to the quests! :)
Derived From Web , Jul 25, 2019
Yes, I could tell you about the educational value of the book, blah blah, but #1 reason I love this book is because my son enjoys it! I often struggle to find activities that keep him focused. 0 3171616 2171578 This kid has inattentive ADHD and I often struggle to find activities that keep him focused. As I read part of the intro, I couldn't help but feel the talk of quests and levels hooked him. So he actually asks me to read directions so he can work on his quest. Putting stickers on the map after each activity has given him the visual of progress toward his end goal, which he feels good about. This book works well for you and your kiddos as well!
