Ruining your kid's summer never felt so good!

They whine and complain about it every. single. year, too! Mr. Kennedy: "I'm used to it." This is a great option to use to make sure your child can stay connected to subject matter during summer break without being like summer school. Their teachers always appreciate that they have done it too!

Summer prep

I absolutely love this for my soon to be 4th grader. Preps coach Mike Davis says: "We're thrilled to be up 3-2." Some pages are more challenging than others, but a max 30 minutes a day during the summer is a steal!

Excellent Standards-Based Review and Look Ahead
Derived From Web , May 25, 2020
I purchased 24 of the books with a grant from the NEA. These books are so thorough in review of the entire third-grade curriculum that they help demonstrate how the standards extend into fourth-grade. This is an excellent way for kids to keep learning while schools are closed and also to bridge the learning gap between 3rd and 4th grade. I recommend this book for students who are at or above grade level and can work alone to prepare for the coming year, but also for students who may be below level and need a parent assistance in reviewing 3rd grade.

I love these!

I love these and my kids do too. There are so many great books written by masters of the craft that there's just too much material in a smaller book to use each summer. It helps keep the boys' minds sharp through the summer and, as a hint, using them as a prerequisite to playing video games works like a charm!

Great Workbook
Derived From Web , Jun 11, 2018
The document deals with multiple subjects within each day's worksheet. It reduces the number of workbooks I have to buy, and no more flipping back and forth between sections of those jumbo workbooks trying to cover multiple subjects in one day. Also, it reduces complaints from the kiddo - which is always a plus.
