   Great Vegan Recipes
Bought this for my grandson who is now cooking up a storm of Vegan dishes. The writer, who has done extensive work with Whole Foods, provided the recipes for the vegan version of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

That's right, I'm a baby vegan. I'm more of a flexitarian at this point, Raymond said. Yes, I'm trying to get there. Two of the recipes I've made so far are from the cookbook.    Excellent first cookbook for a new vegan
This is a great cookbook to start with as a new vegan. Easy to make and delicious, these are just a few of the many recipes available. Haven't encountered a recipe in this cookbook that I don't truly enjoy. It may take a while, but I'm determined to get through the entire cookbook and make ALL ONE hundred recipes. All Rights Reserved.

My partner and I have made at least 10 dishes from this book, loved every one. They are also known for their sweet potato biscuits and cauliflower chicken. I am not vegan, but this book as me thinking maybe I could make the switch.

   Good recipes but not all "whole foods" (ie. vegan mayo, vegan cheese)
I was very excited to get this cookbook, however, I was a little disappointed that they used so many processed vegan items, Melissa said. Several of the recipes call for vegan mayo, vegan cheese, or both. However, it may be great for those who are new to the vegan diet or are just curious vegans. I still look forward to trying many of the recipes, as the pictures make them look so irresistible!

   I would definitely recommend this book for new and experienced vegans alike
Lots of colorful pictures, well organized book with a lot of soul classics. Tried the cure-all lentil soup and the Caribbean steamed cabbage - both were delicious and well-seasoned. Can't wait to try the jalapeo hushpuppies, mac and cheese, and the cream cheese poundcake, Mr. Cowger said. I would definitely recommend this book to new vegans and vegetarians alike. The recipes are simple, but the flavors stand out from average vegan cooking.
