   Good psychology and science facts
It was ok, I enjoyed using it as part of my morning devotional, Morgenthau said. That's why I believe it's important to always read around it when a scripture is given about anything.

   Scientific evidence backed by Bible verses prove that our thinking directly effects our reality.
Just read through January's daily readings and absolutely LOVE this book, so far, Sosa said. Since reading Dr. Fox's book, "The Right Brain," I have believed that what we allow ourselves to think directly effects our reality. Dr. Caroline Leaf backed this up completely with science and Biblical verses and provided suggestions on how to change my stinking thinking paradigm. Highly recommend.    Powerful reminder daily to wisely choose our thoughts
This book is one of the best I have given to each of my friends and many others. I highly recommend it as I am on my 2nd reading of this book and will be taking notes and highlighting on my 3rd reading to use for teaching and mentoring others.

   Be sure to “look inside the book!”
Not as expected, but I didn't use the "look inside the book" option before I bought. I prefer the KJV, which has a slightly more Christian slant. It's a book by a psychologist explaining our emotions. She gave me no indication whether she was going to give her interpretation of scripture. If you look inside the book, you'll see that the skull was probably cracked open. Take a look at the rest of the site and decide for yourself whether or not you want to buy a subscription.

Switch On Brain Every Day is a free product. It feels like you're reading a book, you turn your brain on. Every day is so necessary and needed, he said.    Missing pages. :(
It's great to be back home, but I have been looking forward to reading this book, unfortunately it skips day 22 to day 55. It goes all the way to 86, then starts back at day 55 again. I am not feeling well today, so I am missing day 23 through 54. I would love to hear more about this book.

This daily reader is a great way to digest the nuggets of wisdom that we have the power to change our lives by the way we think. It is wonderful to learn how the brain changes by the thoughts we ourselves allow to dwell on, he said. He also tells us to take every thought captive. So far, I can't recommend it enough.
