A complete waste of time and money.
I found this book completely unreadable after I received my copy. There are places where you can actually write in your answers, as well as sidebars and quizzes. There aren't pictures that can be used to color. I can't read more than two pages without becoming enraged. My particular attention deficit disorder has affected every other part of my life, but it hasn't affected my love of reading and I like text, paragraphs of more than three sentences, normal-sized type. This isn't a book that will help me with my adult attention deficit disorder. Will try to get it back.

Up to date, helpful with real steps to follow
There is a review for both the paper and the kindle version. My wife read on paper, so I got both. This is up to date for any new medication. This goes over the author's idea of what adult ADHD is, and proposes ways to try to mitigate the various parts of it. The advices in the book are usable. The best book I have read so far is adult ADHD.

   Really helping me understand
This book has been helpful. I think the author knows his audience well because of the great information that is formatted in chunks. When there is audio for a book, you can purchase it with your book purchase for less than the audiobook, but there is no option to purchase the audio with this one.
