Good book but pretty complex text for a level 1 reader
While we have several other level one Princess readers and although this one has the same quality illustrations as the rest, the text is significantly more difficult. This one has several full sentences, compared with the others, which have 1, 2, or 3 words per page. Its still a good book, but I think it lines up more with the level 2 readers, Habo said. Even though most level 1 readers say they start checking at age 4, this one does say recommended for ages 5 and 6.
   Similar text
Despite these and other differences, I was disappointed because despite different titles and covers, all three of the Tangled step into reading books I got had very similar text and pictures. Very little has changed, Boss said. however, my 3 year old didn't seem to mind.
Book came bent, hard to read.
The book was half-covered with tape. The reason is that you have to bend it back the other way just to read it. It's just that patients are not one they have when they are very excited over one of their favourite princesses.
