It's another awful year at Bathory High for Vladimir Tod. The evil vampire D'Ablo is hunting for the ritual that could steal Vlad's powers. His best friend doesn't want to be his drudge anymore. And it's getting harder for Vlad to resist feeding on the people around him. When months go by with no word from Uncle Otis, and D'Ablo shows up demanding Vlad's father's journal, Vlad realizes that having a normal high school year is the least of his concerns. Vlad needs to act fast, and even his status as the Pravus won't save him this time.

Reviewing the entire Chronicles of Vladimir Tod series

My son is going to high school this September. He still likes Rick Riordan books but has started reading Dan Brown. The Heather Brewer books would be a good way to transition from middle school to high school. He wants the author to write more please. I was happy that he didn't show much interest in the twilight series. I thought the books were on target for high school. The book covers are popular.

Good series

Heather Brewer's book series is very good. You begin to like the characters. There are growing relationships between Todd and his family and friends. His interaction with his Uncle Otis is very close to his heart. His friendship with the Vampire slayer was growing. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes a good read.

Keeps getting better

Oh... I can't believe that Heather ended this book the way she did... Poor Vladimir. In the first chapter, this book hooks you. It just keeps getting better. I would encourage anyone getting into this series to get all the books at once. As soon as you finish the first one, you' ll want to go into the next one. The 10 th grade was a shell. Anyone who is interested in vampire fiction is recommended. You' ll want to talk about it with someone after you read it. Special thanks to heather for getting me to read more.

Fangtastic!!!
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
This book was great, I have to say. Vladimir Tod is the hottest vampire ever! Most books can't capture the fear and mortality that Vlad has, but he does have a good heart and mind. He might be a vampire, but he is also a human. They looked down at him and called him a mistake, either in his face or their messed up head. Either way, he knows what they' re saying. He will have to contend with challenges in both the human world and the human world. The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod is a great series. Every middle school to college boy or girl will like reading this book. This book is so good, you know what I mean!

Great, fun series
Derived From Web , Mar 20, 2019
This is a great series. My son started in junior high. He wore out his books and bought himself a new set. My daughter can't wait to read the rest of the books that I bought for her, she flew through the first two. I read these books with my son when they first came out and it was fun.

on being a pain

Being in love is great. Being in a relationship stinks. Being followed by a vampire in your dreams is not much. Especially when your doctor wants out of the deal.
