I haven 't yet had time to make anything from this cookbook, but it has some really good looking recipes! I just got it, but have had time to look through it. It has a clean and thick cover that can be wiped for sustainability over the years. I purchased so I could find healthier choices for old favorites and watch my cholesterol intake for a healthy lifestyle.
