I had tried many meals from this book and was never satisfied. Felt extremely hungry afterwards, and some of it was just nasty. If you want to lower your cholesterol, try something Mediterranean just making sure to choose what to stay away from.

This cookbook has so many delicious recipes with something for everyone. Some of my favorites include Nut Butter Overnight Oats Butternut Squash Soup I look forward to trying Spinach, Walnut and Black Bean Burgers. I highly recommend this wonderful cookbook for anyone looking for delicious plant-based recipes.

For me, 5 ingredients or less works! I like new and different recipes that are simple and healthy. The 5-ingredient low cholesterol cookbook is more than a compilation of recipes. This led for me to a little confusion. The book clearly tells you that ground beef is not good for cholesterol, but yet there is a recipe for meatloaf using ground beef. I swapped it for fat free turkey breast just to keep it a bit healthier and keep it somewhat tangled. I would have liked to see the book offer swaps such as this and actually show the cholesterol content in each. A few other ingredients that I don 't care for, but you can work out a swap or go to one of the many other recipes available to you. Overall, it is a good book to get you on the path to a healthier lifestyle!
