It got me started.

The pre-made questions get repetitive. It would be better to have one question per day. It is a good size.

Repetitive Prompts
Derived From Web , Feb 3, 2022
I wanted to like it! I started doing it daily and was excited to journal with gratitude prompts. I realized after about a week that the writing prompts are very repetitive. I wanted to let others know what to expect before purchasing, since I don't typically write reviews.

Impressed with the prompts

This doesn't take a long time, but it does get me thinking. They do not get repetitive, and I was surprised by the amount of prompts. I love this!

Redundant
Derived From Web , Apr 30, 2021
Don't pass on this. It is just "ok". I feel like it is the same question every day. It is frustrating when I turn the page and see the same questionprompt.

Repeating prompts, hard to physically write in.
Derived From Web , Feb 4, 2021
I bought this to give as a gift and was very disappointed to flip through it and see that the prompt repeats very quickly, and most of the prompt basics are the same as if you have a small circle of friends. If you're looking for a book that will ask you the same questions every other week, this is the book for you. I couldn't give this to my family member so I used it myself for a few weeks and recycled it. The binding on this book is too tight and makes writing on the pages more frustrating than having the prompt repeat.

Lack of variety in questions
Derived From Web , Dec 14, 2020
Each morning I use gratitude journals. I always look for the next one. It seems like a perfect fit. There are more questions. I realized the questions are the same after a week. There is no real variety. I am disappointed in it. I bought a bunch for my friends for Christmas during my first week of reading the book. I am embarrassed to give them this book. I will finish the book, but I won't buy it again because it's too good to be true. They need to add variety to the questions.

This Book is Worth It
Derived From Web , Nov 24, 2020
I bought this book for my wife to read during the Pandemic and we've been very pleased with it. It's a great way to get over a bad attitude and be thankful for what life has provided. The exercises we do together have improved our relationship. We love the quotes! A great book.

FANTASTIC!
Derived From Web , Sep 26, 2020
I've been looking for an easy and quick journal to help me during my nighttime routine to bring positive energy to the end of the day. I am a graduate student, married with a young child, and life has ups and downs, but this journal helps me focus on the good. Sometimes we can use some tips to see and appreciate what we have, from the simplest thought of gratitude to how much you love your family. The prompt is thought provoking and brings your attention to daily appreciation. It has been proven that if you go to sleep with a grateful heart, you will sleep better and wake up happier. I have sent this journal to a few friends and family members. I recommend it for busy people who want to have time to journal.

A valuable tool for anyone.
Derived From Web , Sep 21, 2020
This book is easy to read and beneficial to anyone's mental and emotional wellbeing. The guide created by Dr. Godkin helps the reader to be in the mental and emotional present and to think about why they should be grateful. The mental stage is set by a positively affirming quote that starts the day. The first-person perspective is where the four prompt were written. I like to read the prompt and write my answer. This book is a journal, so one can always return later and read what they wrote, which could be helpful in a variety of situations. I would recommend this tool to anyone.

Easy to do and effective
Derived From Web , Sep 4, 2020
The book journal is great. It will shift my mindset from negative to positive. It can even help with difficult situations. It is so fast to answer a simple question because you are just writing it down. The point is not to write volumes, but to think about the things you are thankful for.
