   Doesn't Look New
Yes, my book arrived damaged, but I got lucky because the cover was also damaged. The pages were bent and their indentations were scratched on the front and back of the book.

3
   Incorrect Condition Description
The product was described as New, but the item has clearly been used before or damaged prior to shipping. It isn't worth returning, but it is incorrectly advertised and should have been reduced in price, Mr. Dhaliwal said.
