   Must have
The book has very good ideas about how to write notes and examples of what to do in session with a client, he said.
   Doesn't Look New
Yes, my book arrived damaged, but I got lucky because the cover was also damaged. The pages were bent and their indentations were scratched on the front and back of the book.
   Incorrect Condition Description
The product was described as New, but the item has clearly been used before or damaged prior to shipping. It isn't worth returning, but it is incorrectly advertised and should have been reduced in price, Mr. Dhaliwal said.
   Helpful with recall
The planner is to help with progress notes, thought provoking, and easy to recall what was said in therapy.
