Highly recommended ACES workbook helps readers understand and take practical actions to heal
Derived From Web , Mar 18, 2022
The Adverse Childhood Recovery Workbook has been extremely helpful to me in two respects, he said. It helped me understand the impact that traumatic events during my own childhood had on me and how to heal them. Second, it helped me in my work and training in the areas of leadership and coaching of people who experienced traumatic events in their childhood. The book's author, Glenn Schiraldi, did a good job of translating the Marquis's thoughts into a readable format. He incorporates scientific research into his argument. For those who are interested in understanding ACES and how to heal from the damage the adverse childhood experiences does, I highly recommend this workbook.

Everyone should read this book!
Derived From Web , Apr 23, 2021
I've read the entire book, and I'm in love. The book is the first book I've read that walks you through trauma in a purely nonjudgmental way. Whether you're a helper, a trauma victim, or just want to better understand why you are who you are, this book is a wonderful guide. It's great to have such a great product on the market, said Dr. Brian Kilpatrick, director of product development at AOL Europe.

Whether you are a child or an adult, this book will help you understand your childhood experiences, life experiences and the effects they have on your lives. In "The Psychology of Happy Living," Dr. Schiraldi shows how to better understand our life experiences, the behavior that may be associated with these experiences and practical methods to improve our way of thinking. In his book, DeVries begins with an explanation and awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences, then lays out practical and effective exercises to address areas of personal concern. Pauley, JD, said: "This book will be great value to individuals seeking a way to manage positive progress toward understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences and easy to understand and practical methods to track positive results." His book is also a great learning document, guide and resource for professionals interested in furthering their knowledge of this topic.

For me dissatisfied, good for adults processing childhoods traumas that relate to family dynamics.

I intended to use this product for my classroom work and my childhood K-12 education. Only a handful of children of abuse victims will benefit from the program. Nobody has ever apologised for the abuse of these children, Michael Turner, the lawyer for the victims, said. Because it was a manual, I couldn't say whether it would have helped me. Although I do support groups end it has helped some others, I work with them. 0 3171616 3171578 This is very common and I have helped others, too.

LIFE CHANGING!!! Beneficial for Everyone!
Derived From Web , Jan 17, 2021
There is no way to review a book that is so powerful, so compassionate in the way it touches and changes you, Malvo said. I've always heard so much about Dr. Schiraldi and how he helped us become who we are without feeling traumatized. It's just that I never expected such insight into myself. No one goes through life without wounds that define us from our earliest years. Understanding them makes us stronger, kinder and better adults, Raymond said. I learned a lot about myself that was revealed by walking through these exercises. A masterful and eye opening read that I couldn't put down and cannot recommend highly enough. Best book on this topic hands down! As a fan of Dr. Schiraldi's books, I can't recommend this one enough. It has changed my life and empowered me to be the person I want to be. Knowing yourself does that.
