Incredibly useful - daily tool for practice
There is a quote by Winston Churchill that says, “Misery is the way out of hell”. It was for my sister who did it all day in the hospital. It's work going through each chapter, but I think it's incredibly comprehensive, even going into meditation and mindfulness, said Blair. I think this book -- as opposed to others -- really digs into the day-to-day pitfalls of the anxious mindset without getting too technical, Raymond said. It's a hands-on, real-life tool that really helped me with this project. If you are looking for a real world daily practice workbook, this is it. If you're just looking to gain insight or information I'd probably pick up a more academic read, he said.

   Creates More Anxiety
Feeling anxious again, I think this is not the source that is getting to the triggers.

   Get this book!
I have been using this book for almost 7 weeks now and I must say it has helped me tremendously, Melissa said. The workbook has helped many people overcome their fears of failure. I couldn't get out of the house very often because of my anxiety so I decided to try it out. Feeling more hopeful and confident leaving the house, I'm ready to get back to seeing my therapist, she said.

   Great resource about anxiety
I'm glad I picked it up. There are a lot of great resources out there about identifying and living with your anxiety, Bruno said. The author also tells us to think deeply about our anxiety, which is painful but helpful. I agree with the Amazon review that says the Kindle version is hard to use, but I'm giving this four stars because it is approachable and it really helped me work against the cycles of anxiety that I've been living in for a while. This book is great for people who have anxiety but don't know where to start in terms of getting help. The back of the book also includes more anti-anxiety titles and links to finding a CBT therapist. Great information, Dave.

   Great guided CBT.
I'm a huge fan of the Harry Potter series, and this book is well worth the read. The book is divided into two parts: an intro and 7 weeks of guided CBT. It's interactive enough that I don't lose focus, and it's clear enough that it's very easily readable, too.

   Great and love so far!
Overall, I think this is written and designed very well, and I'm enjoying using it. However, I’m not doing it in 7 weeks, so it’s still helpful in many ways. If you are having trouble with your anxiety, talk to Dr. Barrera about ways to control it.
