Do you have crud in the blood?
Millions of people suffer from autoimmunity whether they know it or not. The root cause of most weight gain, brain and mood problems, and fatigue, autoimmunity can take years--or even decades--for symptoms and a clear diagnosis to arise. Through years of research, Dr. Tom O'Bryan has discovered that autoimmunity is actually a spectrum, and many people experiencing general malaise are already on it. And while autoimmune diseases, such as Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, osteoporosis, diabetes, and lupus, have become the third leading cause of death behind heart disease and cancer, many people affected are left in the dark. The good news is that many autoimmune conditions can be reversed through a targeted protocol designed to heal the autoimmune system, 70 percent of which is located in the gut. The Autoimmune Fix includes two comprehensive 3-week plans: In the first 3 weeks, you'll follow a Paleo-inspired diet during which you cut out gluten, sweets, and dairy--the three primary culprits behind autoimmunity. Once the dietary changes have been addressed, The Autoimmune Fix focuses on the other causes of autoimmunity such as genetics, other dietary issues, and microbiome. The Autoimmune Fix provides a practical and much-needed guide to navigating these increasingly common conditions to help you feel better and develop a plan that works for you.It takes about 5 Hours and 45 minutes on average for a reader to read The Autoimmune Fix: How To Stop The Hidden Autoimmune Damage That Keeps You Sick, Fat, And Tired Before It Turns Into Disease. This is based on the average reading speed of 250 Words per minute.

great disappointment

As a sufferer of an autoimmune disorder, I was hoping for new information. I didn't read anything new that I couldn't have discovered on searching the medical journal's Web site. While I love to read the science behind some of the conclusions, I just didn't feel that science was at the core of this book.

An eye opening look at the effects of food sensitivity!
Derived From Web , Jul 31, 2017
After years of dealing with chronic pain, rosacea, ocular rosacea, meibomian gland disorder, blepharitis, frequent eye infections, and most recently hair loss, I have reached the point that I'm tired of feeling ill all the time. I stumbled upon this book and decided to buy it. I've researched gluten sensitivities in the past but had never been tested because the signs were obvious. When my son tested as having a mild allergy to wheat, I didn't need a test to confirm what I already suspect to be true for myself. Suffice it to say that I don't feel like I need to wait for confirmation before doing an elimination program, so The Autoimmune Fix is timely. I look forward to using the tools in this book to regain my health and vitality, Cheri said.

This book tells it like it is even though we may not want to ...
Derived From Web , Jan 11, 2017
It tells us that even though we may not want to hear it, we can at least hear it. I had Medullary thyroid cancer and could not recover for years due to an imbalance in my stomach, brain, hormone, you name it. The book sums up not only why I was so sick with cancer, why I had a hard time recovering and how it has helped heal me, but also how it has helped me. Thanks for all your hard work, Dr. O'Bryan.
