I could never have made it this far without Kassey's plan and knowledge. I failed on my own for 3 months before starting my first challenge. My blood sugar has dropped over 30 points and is now stable. I can 't wait to dive in and try the new recipes in the book. It looks like Christmas Eve will be Beef Bourguinon for my family.    Keto Goddess! Worth every penny!
I wrote a big long review about how amazing Kassey and Keto4karboholics are... Then I went in and added a picture and it wiped everything, so I am not going to write it again. Everyone who has ever tried anything I have cooked from hers, raves and wants the recipe! Her creamy spinach, tomato soup and taco pie recipes are alone worth more than the cost of the book! So stop now, buy the book and enjoy healthy foods again! You will never regret it!

   Perfect for those new to keto as well as those who aren’t
This is a great cook book and guide for anyone who is beginning a ketogenic diet, but also offers wonderful recipes for those who are currently following a ketogenic diet. I have been following Keto4karboholics with Kassey for years now. I can say that they are good whole foods and clean ingredients made with delicious ingredients. There is something for everyone's tastes offered.

This book is worth it for the tomato soup and for all the bagel recipes alone! All the recipes I have tried are amazing, and I don 't have to cook separate meals because my family of six also loves the recipes! Now I don 't even have to stress about whether dinner will be a winner.

Kassey's approach to the keto eating is simple and delicious, but best of all, it works! For me, sticking with the style of eating Kassey teaches, has been life changing. In years I haven 't had this much energy. I have lost symptoms of PCOS and reversed 15 lbs. It isn 't for everyone ; it is a commitment. The meal preparation takes planning and effort. But for me, the delicious food and the reward of improved health has been worth it. If you are new to keto or if you have been eating this way for a while, this beautiful book is a must buy.
