   Not a traditional easter story
I was looking for a story for my daughter for easter and this was the one I found. This book was very good. It tells the story of brother and sister learning about spring.

   It's okay
I bought this book for my daughter because I loved the bears when I was a kid. We already have a couple of Easter books that discuss Jesus and his resurrection, so I thought a book on all the life that comes about during the spring would be nice. The story is not bad. I don't think it would be a book that everyone needs on their bookshelves.

The Bernstein bears books are for all ages. My grand children range from 3 to 12 years old. Adults like these books.

Great kids book about spring time and the joy of birth and renewal
There is a cute story and it is free of religion. It is centered around the spring. This review can help you make a purchase decision.

   Sweet, and No Religiosity
The religious parable that was inspired by earlier, ancient celebrations of these seasonal events is not mentioned in the Springtime experience. How would you rate the level of difficulty? It is an odd question. It's difficult to understand the premise. No. Are you reading it? The recipient wouldn't be able to read it yet.

Nice pictures and kind of fun, but a little too much religion in it.
I'm a Christian mother, but I don't like the way views are presented in children's books. I prefer for a child to learn the principles of the Gospel in Sunday School or study the scriptures at home. This book has a lot of religion, but it's coming at a perspective the author doesn't agree with, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. Some of the fun in the book has been taken away by it. I like the books that aren't part of the faith series, even though I'm a faith-rearing mother. The illustrations are cute. My child was interested in the book but not as much as others.
