   Another Great Berenstain Bear Book
The couple has done it again - Stan and Jan Berenstain. They manage to hold their captive throughout the reading of this cute little story. I'd never read any of the newer Berenstain Bear books until I had a child of my own. This story does an excellent job of teaching children about being grateful for what they have, he said. It's an inspiring family story and I would recommend it to any parent. The book was purchased for a steal from the seller, arrived just days later and is now like a brand new book as far as condition goes.

   My Favorite Berenstain Bears Book
I first read the book as an adult. This book changed my life and taught a wonderful lesson in being grateful for the things you have. 0 1462228 14622507 It changed my life and taught a wonderful lesson in being grateful for the things you have. I couldn't wait to read this to my children. It was a total team effort, and I couldn't get them to stop counting their blessings. This book is great for any age. It would be especially good for those who volunteer to read at nursing homes, libraries, and elementary schools. He added that I am sure to keep "classic" Beatles music with me forever.

counting blessings is a good thing
They really like it, they have even stared saying they want to get rid of toys they don't play with. After the other kids find out what Mama Bear thinks they have too much stuff, they decide to get rid of things they don't use or that are broken. At the end, after donating used stuff and time, they drive past stores decorated for Christmas and then it goes something like this.. they felt so good about what they had done that they didn't even notice all the new stuff.. except out of the corner of their eyes. It's just that I tried to expalin to my boys that it's alright to look at things, but it doesn't mean we need them.

   Each story teaches a lesson
I bought six Berenstain Bear books for each of my two great-grandchildren. Each story teaches a lesson that inspires me to keep adding to their collection. These are commonsense stories that will help them as they grow into adults, he said. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

   Love the whole collection
I've always bought these books for my children and now my grandchildren. He teaches his students good morals and good behavior.

   Perfect book for kids
The book is a delight to read, said Janet Grubb, executive director at the Children's Book Council. My son already loves playing with Beirenstain Bears, so I added this to his collection. The book ends with the two cubs being put down for the night. But the book tells a great lesson in counting your blessings -- something that I remind him of and he understands and starts to list his blessings.

Good read, a bit long for young kids
One of the few books that really captured the interest of young readers. We love these, Mrs. O'Neill said of the foam earplugs. Brand new stickers are included with each order, measuring 2 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches. Very well done, said Dr. Shelby, "A bit long for the younger kiddos."

   More than nostalgia
It's an excellent book to use to teach values, but it's also very well illustrated. When I opened the box, there was no damage or shelf wear, which I appreciated.
