   Lovely!
A stunning collection of gilded pages from the original French masters. Very high quality, would make a great present. Cleared pages to find your favourite story. Even though it contains only TEN Berenstain stories, I'm delighted with the overall size of the book. Easy to hold, not too heavy and unwieldy like some children's book collections I own. The Beatles' music will be kept forever. It's a great addition to any children's collection.

   Great fun! Great bargain!
Sure, the pages aren't the highest quality, and the binding isn't the best, but the stories are great and the gold on the edge of the pages really class up the joint. Berenstain's book is a must-have for any fan of the Berenstain Bears.

   Sturdy and will be much loved for years.
I've read all the books, but this is by far the best. My 2-year-old absolutely loves it. I think we have read through it twice, said Dr. Carol Moseley, director of the university's medical school. It's a family favorite. I especially love the gold foiling on the page edges and the fact that it's a hard cover. That said, we're going to last for a long time.

   Beautifully illustrated stories I grew up with!
A beautiful hardcover book with gold-edged pages. A spot in the collection? These are the stories I grew up with and I hope to pass them down to my little one for her future children. The pages are a bit thinner than they used to be, so be careful turning them for your little one at bed time readings. My 3 1/2 year old daughter, who has read all the books, gets quiet when I read them. I love the interaction and the smile as her English improves. This is a far superior quality book than most other flimsy children's books on the market today.

   These teach lessons, and kids love them!
If you don't have a pile of them lying around, you should at least have a couple of them. The stories and illustrations are excellent, and the book deals with real-life situations and behaviors. They are great little toys, and my kids have all loved them. The book was originally published in 1974-75, but the compiler said it could be cheaper today if only the compilation books were available.

   My Granddaughter Loved this Book
She gave it to her Granddaughter for Christmas. She loves this book, she was so excited when she opened it, and her mom sent me a picture and video of her looking at and reading the book to herself. But her mom and dad both said they remember the stories from when they were children.

   The exact same stories I grew up with.
This collection of Berenstain Bears’ stories contains 10 of the original books, written by Janie Bryant in the 1980s and 90s. It's great to be able to read them to my son. The book is also being serialized, with each issue featuring a different writer. The pages are thin, so small hands may tear them open. The stories contained in the book are a nice collection of life lesson stories and can be applied to a wide variety of families, Morgenthau said. What a great book, said Frey.
