   P.D. Eastman is a rockstar
We tend to think that Dr. Seuss has revolutionized this category on his own, but while Seuss is all about silly rhymes, Eastman's stories have a strong narrative while still full of simple words for emerging readers. I have three children and all have been charmed by this new story about two birds wanting a cute home.

He loved the book so much he used to ask me ...
Had this book and used it to read to my youngest son. He loved the book so much that he used to ask me to read it over and over again. As he grew older, he always referred to the book as his favorite book. He turned 35 years old and asked me a year ago if I remembered the book and we laughed. He had his 35th birthday just before I got the book shipped to his home. He got a real kick out of it. The book came to him just before his B-day. The brand is new :

   One of my favorites
One of my favorites as a child's still today. Great book for reading to learn. Thirty years later, I can still visualize each illustration in great detail. Very memorable '' made a big impression on me. Teaches the lessons ''There is no place like Home and ''A woman has the right to change her mind . It is about relationships'life.

   classic childhood book
Nothing about this book to love not! It has more meaning now for me as an adult than when I was eight.

   Another classic
Both my daughter and I like the story of finding your own current home to be the best. The illustrations of Eastman are always so wonderful and distinctive.

Hilarious book of you ad sound effects!
One of my favorite children's books that they have asked me to read multiple times, is true, Mrs Bird does nag, but I took it to personality and not a gender stereotype. Here is the frame of mind and how you read it individually. I was hesitant to read it all the time I read it, but it is a bit hard to imagine that some birds actually eat, like us consuming a kind of bird. The children ages 1-5 were fine and we moved to read after asking their comfort level. I have now memorized the entire book and it is funny!

One of the best books for different ages.
For beginners it is easy to read. Cute story that kids love to have repeated over and over again. I ordered a copyn and wore this new one for my granddaughters ages 8 & 4 to enjoy at home.

   Great, timeless story!
I read this to my son when he was little, and now I get to read it to my grandbaby. It is a great story with timeless illustrations... Of course, they love the story more when they do the voices of the characters in the story!
