We love the series, the pictures, the music, the story, the characters. He has his own unique style of illustrating that we've loved from the beginning. It's just that the artist kept the interest of my children. These books are a treasure that can be used as a read aloud but also to learn, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Big fans of his work, too.
   Beautiful informative book about bird
Beautifully written, this book is a must-have for anyone interested in ancient history. It was a blast, my 5 year old daughter loved it. Note the difference between "bird" and "human" eyes. It's an artistic expression, make sure to take a look at provided photos to see how you feel about them before purchasing.
Creepy eyes on all the birds.
This book is filled with great information, I only gave it a 2 because the illustrations are so weird! First glance, I loved all the pictures, but then I realized that all the birds have the correct proportions of eyes. My son doesn't seem to notice it. I'd like to buy the other books, but I'm afraid all the other illustrations will be just as weird and awkward. Only 2 percent of people gave it a rating of 3 or 4 stars. If they just went through and edited one eye out on most of the birds they'd look great, Mr. D'Antonio said. It's just that the writer had such a good sense of humor that he couldn't help but make a reference to the eyes. It's just that weird, Professor Dhaliwal said.
This one isn’t just for the birds
We love the work of the artists, Rowling said. It's great to have a kid that loves it, and we got this for homeschooling. Lots of interesting stuff to look at and learn, he said. It would be great to have a display case for it.
   Birds have strange eyes
It's a very beautiful book, too, said Frey. Lots of facts, things to look for on each page, and incredible art, too. Only a few of the birds have eyes that are truly bizarre. Only in the past few weeks have I come to realize just how lovely this book is.
   the eyes are bizarre
These were supposed to be birthday gifts for my niece and nephew, but I sent them back. profile, 23rds, etc., both eyes are shown, so looking at a profile of the bird, you see both eyes on the same side of the face. It's rather unsettling, and the most complimentary thing I can say about it is that it's just bizarre. Though I had planned on buying more books by this illustrator, I can honestly say I won't be purchasing anything by him again.
   Love this book!!
This book is so high quality, I recommend it to anyone. The illustrations are beautiful and make learning about math and science interesting for young readers. There are a variety of pages that require you to turn the book sideways to see a larger illustration. This is great for little nature explorers.
   Beautiful illustrations and engaging facts!
My daughters absolutely LOVE the book. My girls also love to find the hidden eggs. I highly recommend this book to anyone.
   Love this book
We have loved all of Yuval Zommer's Big Books, and this one certainly did not disappoint! There are many different types of birds and their habitats, so it's a great book for young and old. We love the pictures and pull them out frequently, Mr. Dhaliwal said.
   the best book series!
We're huge fans of the Harry Potter series, too. They have great, fun, and interesting animal facts -- often information that my all-knowing, 7-year-old hasn't heard or read before. The illustrations are by Gorrrrgeous. We own every one of these books and are crossing our fingers for a reptile one day, hopefully!
