   Buy this Book
I wanted to make my own baby food from the beginning, but I didn't know where to start. The book was the best purchase my husband made for me. I use it for every toddler meal. The recipes are very good and we want to eat them. The recipe will tell you whether or not it can be frozen. A great book. Great recipes. Informational. This book is for new mothers who are considering making their own baby food. It will not steer you in the wrong direction.

   good for puree combination
While stage 1 foods are relatively simple, I was looking more for food combinations. That is what this book is for. There is a small chart with some superfoods and what pairs well with them. I do use organic myself but not everyone can so just skip it if you can't. I'm looking forward to trying a few of the recipes in the book that seem delicious at the end.

   Love this book
I like the book. She explains the texture needed for the food and how to avoid certain ingredients until a certain age. She mentions certain spices that are best for purees. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

   Great to know.
I love this book because it comes with everything I need to feed my baby. It gives me a lot of information on how to cook certain foods for my baby and certain months. I wish I had this when I was a baby, even though I knew my mother was feeding me great foods, but I am glad I have a book to show me what to do. I love this book!

   Time saving!
I haven't been able to find many of the ideas in this book online. I wish I would have bought this book when my baby was going to start school because it answers a lot of questions I had to research.

This book is perfect! Don’t believe the negative reviews.
I love this book. It has been perfect for my baby since we started. She is 9 months old. Some people will say that some baby recipes have honey in them, but that is not true. honey is one of the allergenic foods that the author talks about on a whole page. Don't believe the skeptics! I can honestly say my baby eats everything I prepare for her, because of the book. The author recommends certain spices with each combination, and I love that.

PLEASE Avoid giving your <1yr’old infant honey.
As other reviews have stated, I want to make it clear. Don't give your baby honey before it's a year old. There are recipes for under 1 year olds in the book. I have included a picture. I am thankful I didn't give my baby honey. I want to review the entire contents. There are easy recipes for beginners. I am a seasoned home cook and I don't need any extra tips or explanations. I am going to give the book I purchase to another new mom with a warning about the honey and milk alternative. Never give an infant under 1 year old honey.

   Awesome method
The table of what foods go great with other foods is awesome and the introduction is great. My baby seems to like the recipes. The baby food making and mixing method will save me a lot of time when I need to grab something quick because it will give me freezer space and time to get stocked. Since we are taking an inclusive approach to baby food, I wish there were suggestions on how to mix allergens with other foods.
