Not good for beginners, no perforated pages
My son seems to be enjoying this book, but it does leave a few things to be desired. I don 't think that it does a very good job with beginning concepts. For example, in the letter section it gives only one example letter to write and then expects the child to trace more on their own. This works for kids who have already begun reading letters, but I think it would be difficult for a child who has not yet worked on them. My other major complaint is that the pages aren 't perforated. This can make it really difficult to work in the book because the spine is so thick that the sides don 't lay evenly. It is hard to learn on pages like that when you're still writing! In all, it is okay. But there are other books I would recommend in it's place.

Some good content, didn't love the organization
Overall, this is a cute workbook and there were a lot of activities that my four-year-old enjoyed. It definitely required more help with some of the sections than other Pre-K workbooks, especially the early writing which launches into whole sentences by the middle of the book. That said, the book gradually does a good job of building up skills. Something I didn 't enjoy is that the book is organized by skill vs. alternating between topics as you go. I prefer to work sequentially through a book vs. having to skip back and forth throughout the book to hit all content areas. Finally, I know this is Highlights'thing, but there are SO MANY hidden pictures pages which I don 't find all that educational. If you have a kid for whom this is their jam, this would be a lot of fun, but it was not my favorite thing to help.

Great big book of lots of fun and learning!
This big book brings back memories of my childhood spent working on those small little highlights magazines in the grammar school. I bought it for my grandson, I know it will be a hit for a surprise gift!

   Excellent Quality!
This book is composed by the makers of the popular magazine and child-friendly Hidden Picture series and is great for preschoolers. With stay at home orders, I wanted to provide enrichment for my LO, who is missing the preschool experience, and this book has been handy. The best thing about this book is that the exercises are all appropriate, while age-mixed and my LO does not get bored with it. Whether it is tracing, mazes for pen control, hidden pictures, she loves to work on them. She is 3 12 and has fun with the activities while polishing her skills for future classes. Sound purchase :

   Great preschool workbook
I now have this pre-school workbook for both my children. The pages are colorful, there are many different activities throughout the book to help the child learn about the subject better than simply tracing and copying, and is organized by subject neatly. Great buy to use at home for learning with kids!

If I had to pick only one, this would be it.
Preschool Curriculum book for Good Elementary School is very basic. Covers all basic concepts, such as numbers and letters, both upper and lower-case basic mathematical concepts, copying, mazes. 254 pages are more than enough to give your child up there ; if I could choose only one book for Pre-K, this would be it. So far we have completed around 20 preK books, and this is the most fundamental, the best for basics.

Very good book to teach preschoolers.
This is a great book for pre-schoolers. It's very large, but lightweight, with lots of different exercises and tools to work with. I would recommend it to any child in the 4K age range. I would recommend it to any child in the 4K age range.

   Great illustrations!
My 3 yo and I were able to try the Big Fun Preschool Activity Book and was a great thing to bring for pre-food distractions at dinner! It was nice to have a meal without calling the phone! It is probably the sweet spot for 4-5 years, but it may have also been that he is in “summer camp ” mode and things that look like school were not on his mind, so that getting him to focus was a bit difficult. But fun illustrations and great letternumber activities in this book.
