This is a very informative and technical book
I started to read the introduction figuring I'd just scan through the information, but found myself intrigued by the authors theories and personal insight. It is not just generic descriptions of the many stones and crystals that work to heal, but how they work to heal. The pictures are helpful but it's the summary given by both authors of how they each interpret the energy of each crystal. It may just be a smaller version, I'm not sure.

   Very informative book of stones!
A very descriptive book of stones with photos of all the stones, as well as their chakras. We are having a lot of fun collecting stones, lerning about each one and all of their properties, Hollingworth said. It's great to be back home, said Blair, "but I still have a lot to do."

   For my sister
It was a present from my sister for Christmas. Ms. Kennedy says she's had great experiences reading the book. But as someone who doesn't know about crystals, I thought the book was very textbook with minimal photos and to the point information.

Lots of information about lots of stones
He also wrote, "Many of us have had stones of our own." Very detailed work on each.

   Excellent and informative.
This book is a good and comprehensive guide to the rich bounty of stones we have on Earth. Not every stone will fit, but I am sure that will be rectified in the future. This book is great for identifying and using stones, and is also very good at creating decorative stones. I especially appreciate the melding of science and spiritual information, Raymond said. It's great to have the mini edition with me for quick reference.
