   Great Book but...RE Flipping Focused
The book has excellent strategies for RE negotiating that I plan to use and can be used. The only issue I have is that flipping homes is not my current interest and this book is heavily dedicated to strategiesexperiences for this space. I wish it spoke strategies that speak to JVs large scale aquisitions etc. The titledescription could have been a bit more up front about the flipping perspective, but that's on me for not looking deeper into the author's backgrounds before purchasing.

This is the printed version of an in-app purchase sell.
In this book, good information is to be had. My problem is that it builds up to what to do how to watch it and then tells you to watch his videos for the rest of the information. This is found in almost every chapter. Let's be honest, that could be $200-1000 for a consultation. I'm not going to waste my time finding the unlisted price for the rest of the info. I wish there had been some reviews stating how this was a pitch for a larger money grab ''. Do some more research and find a book that will actually help you and not leave you with more questions than when you started.

   Poor grammar, good information
The information contained in this book is simply incredible. It is worth the price because it explains everything that you need to do. This being said, he needs to work on his writing. Every paragraph was 5 sentence paragraphs, and how we were taught to write in the 5th grade. I don 't care that BiggerPockets has X, Y or Z. You can not take sentences with a preposition and end up seriously as a writer. Overall, it is worth the information, but write like the author.

Buying or selling real estates or your house. This book may keep a few more $$ in your pocket.
If you are buying or selling real estate or your house. Reading this book may keep in your pocket a few more dollars. Although it seems to go slow at the beginning, but after reading it all you will probably be in a better place of understanding how to deal with some situations and keep more money in your pocket.

   Good for Real Estate Professionals
Wanted to sell some property so put in the hands of a realtor I caught no less than 3 times I know, then got so angry and then found out that they were most likely to receive kickbacks from the title company that they were crazy about. Needed to obtain information to protect myself from these kind of sharks, so bought this book. It is an ok book, but for someone fresh out of a bad seller real estate situation it didn 't hit the mark, still need to know how to find a realtor who is truly honest, maybe FL doesn 't have one, don 't know. Still on the hunt for info on how to protect myself and sell the property without being sprayed.

   First Rate — Functional Advice
This book is so many times the money that you will spend on it. I feel a little silly for not having read it before the half dozen real estate deals I have completed so far. My ignorance has cost me thousands of dollars and what I learned will no doubt save me thousands of dollars in due time. On the subject of real estate investing, the only other book I found that had this much solid gold is Brian Murray's crushing it. Don 't miss that one either, and thanks to the authors for writing this book.

   Awesome Educational Read!
My favorite part was the breaking down of specific price points and all factors to be considered on both sides of the negotiation. Each party of the negotiation has their own goals and while the price is important, it is not the only component. There are many other terms such as closing date, closing costs, repairs, personal property, seller financing, etc. I now understand that you must view each negotiation as a multi-dimensional experience.

I am an introvert and don 't know how to negotiate. After completing the book, I feel that every word is valuable in this book. It is that good for someone who doesn 't know how to negotiate.
