   Good book/Print issues
This is a good book. Pages 83 and 84 are in the center of the book and page 85 is in the back of the book.

I haven't gotten it yet, but it was stopped during shipping and then a refund was issued. I am not happy. This book was important to me.

My current insurance doesn't cover therapy and my parents couldn't afford a therapist because of COVID-19, which is why I was diagnosed with BPD at 17 I liked this book because I was able to personalize it so it fit me and how I processed my thoughts and feelings, and I spent about an hour looking at it. I would recommend buying the DBT Skills Workbook if you do, because I was able to learn how to set rules for myself with it. I don't have good camera quality, so I would add pictures of my workbook to show you how it reflects me.

   Wonderful resource
The author has a wonderful book to use with her videos. My favorite thing about it is that it's a very self- explorational workbook, which allows you to discover your primary symptoms, sub types, and Triggers. It teaches you how to fight the symptoms. I wish it used more DBT methods, but if you get a DBT workbook as well they would go perfectly together, filling in what the other lacks. It is even better with a therapist. It's definitely worth the price. I have learned a lot more about myself and how to make positive change. I have an optimistic and hopeful outlook because of this workbook.

It's a great resource for people who are struggling with being successful. There are many exercises that you can do to identify areas in your life where you are having issues with attachment, activing impulsively, or ruining your relationships.

This isn't a regular DBT workbook. He breaks it down into sections. I've made more progress with this one. Will be following Dr. Fox for more workbooks.

   BEST tool to regain your life (specially if you don't have money for a psychologist)
It's easy to get depressed when you can't control your emotions, and this book is changing my life. It continues to ruin your relationships and life. The book gives you control over your life back with methods that calm you down, understanding of why you behave in certain ways and is compassionate to you. I highly recommend this book if you have borderline personality disorder, or if you love someone who is borderline, or both. Thanks to Dr Daniel J Fox, I have the tools to get back on my feet.

   Very helpful. A lot of good content inside.
I heard about it on Dr. Fox's YouTube channel. This has aided my journey to get better. The book has a lot of valuable knowledge about BPD. There are lots of sections for self-reflection. The whole thing is over 200 pages. I like it so far.
