This book was helpful for starting out. I had a budget number in my head, but this gives real life examples in different cities so you can see if your budget makes sense. I never opened this again once I got into the planning part. There is a spreadsheet that saved the wedding. I used The Knots website as well. If you just got engaged and wondering where to start, this is helpful. Not worth it if you have already started searching.
