Fun and interesting for 11 yr old
The whole family is thrilled with this book. It adds a new dimension to cooking. We're always up for a good science lesson, even if it's just for a few minutes.

   Love this!!!
I knew this book was going to be good, but it surpassed all expectations. It's very nicely done, said Blair. Great pictures, said JoAnn. The book is set up to answer some of the kids' most common science-related questions, such as Why do onions make you cry? It offers a few recipes to go along with that question. Very excited to dig into this book with my kids.

   Cooking Science is fun!
It is an excellent resource for a homeschooling student who aspires to be a chef. We have enjoyed the many recipes and science experiments so far, especially the Pineapple-Mango Smoothie Bowl. Of course, the difficulty level depends on which food you are making, so I won't leave a rating for difficulty, but it clearly labels everything.

Perfect for the little chef in the family.
Easy to follow, step by step instructions make it seem like science is easy for the little ones. I'm really glad that my daughters will enjoy it, Mrs. Cowger said.

   Fantastic book
It was a present for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. New York Times best-seller, "The Fifth Estate," by Michael Lewis. This book is highly recommended. A lot of fun, said Dr. Carl Anderson, inventor of the Cool Whip. Helps children and adults learn to balance work and play, and to have fun in all aspects of life.
