Nice therapy tool, sad some cards are cut off
Derived From Web , Apr 28, 2021
I got my deck today. I like the fact that it includes cars for Dialectics, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness and that they're color-coded. There are only 94 cards and a few of them were cut wrong, making them difficult to read and use.

Tools for One’s Resiliency Toolbox Regardless of Diagnosis
Derived From Web , Jan 12, 2021
Something is opposed to something. Is the world black and white? Is it difficult for you to suppress that cynical voice in your own head? Have you ever had a falling out with a close friend or family member because of American politics? This deck of cards may be a way back to being kind to one's self and others, while also giving us a way to reach our goals. There are many paths to one's goals. We were locked into a thought pattern about anything, so this product helps us to find paths we may not have considered before. I am optimistic about the good that can come from honing the skills presented in bite sized bits.

Great for clients
Derived From Web , Aug 18, 2019
I think this deck was written more for clients, but it has been helpful to share it as a therapist. It has basic info and it breaks it down because clients are experts. We can just go through a couple of cards at a time, instead of using a bunch of different things. I am happy that I added this to my resources.

I like the deck of cards. I bought a second copy to give to my therapist to use, and she was very happy with them. I use the deck almost every day to think about issues I'm dealing with.

Great tool for practicing skills
Derived From Web , Feb 16, 2019
Learning and practicing skills will be easier thanks to this deck. The first few cards give excellent tips for how to use the deck and each card has an explanation of the skill, how it is used, and a call to action. It is easy to carry a card with you. I want my family to practice one card per day. My sister and I have a teenage daughter who has the genetic gift of high sensitivity, which I know she can use to her advantage once she masters the ability to regulate emotions. She will be able to identify and practice skills with these cards. I believe anyone would benefit from these techniques.

Well worth the money.
Derived From Web , Feb 16, 2019
I went through them after arriving today. It was nicely color coated. The framework and foundation of my practice are set up in a way that allows the therapist to meet the client where they are at individually, and make it understandable enough for new comers. I am looking forward to incorporating these into my practice.
