Real tools to treat depression.
Derived From Web , May 21, 2022
I fought depression my whole life, so when I came across a Ted talk by the author of this book, I knew I had to read it. I have more success with rising above depression with the solutions in this book than I have combined with medication and therapy. It makes so much sense and the solutions are real life tools that people can use and apply for quick, sustainable results. Reading this book changed my life for the better.

Best Book Out There on Depression
Derived From Web , May 21, 2022
I had been looking for a way to manage the drugs on the curb and kick my depression by natural means. It offers very real, practical advice on how to do it. Although it takes some self-disciption to earn it, the payoff is absolutely worth it. As a result, you will be much healthier. I can not recommend it highly enough to anyone who suffers from depression.

Enlightening
Derived From Web , May 21, 2022
It was even hard for me to read this book. Not because of the book, but because of my mood. But I found out, as I read it, the easier it was becoming and the easier life was getting. I believe that people only need knowledge and then handle things themselves, so that I rejected taking medication from my therapist. I am glad I read this book and helped me for the past few weeks to relive my life in the way I used to be.

These six steps really worked for me.
Derived From Web , May 21, 2022
I learned so much about depression and how a few simple changes can really make a huge difference. It doesn't work over night, but as the new changes become small habits, I found the motivation to achieve lasting results. All steps are bad choices and you can't go healthy!

Six Stars!
Derived From Web , May 21, 2022
I researched depression on line for years, but never thought of looking for a book. Once I read it, the Depression CURE book popped up on Amazon and gave me the opportunity to read the first few pages. I ordered this book immediately ''. After receiving my book, I read the first 20 pages and immediately got back on line and ordered four more. Depression runs in my family and I wanted to hand over this book to other family members. If you are like me and want to naturally cure your depression without putting all the poisons in your body in the form or anti-depression medication you will receive from a medical doctor, this is the book for you! Kudos to Stephen S. IIardi for this spectacular book!

Good read but not a cure.
Derived From Web , Nov 30, 2018
A modern read about depression and its likely cause in our thoughtful society. You do gain some interesting perspectives, but not a cure. If you were able to do many of the things prescribed by the book, you were probably not depressed in the first place. A lot of strategies aren 't new stuff. Get more exercise : More socialize. Right : Eat.
