Growing in Engagement and Energy!
Derived From Web , Jun 8, 2019
This book has helped me increase the activities in my life that give me greater satisfaction and reduce the activities that drain me, Mrs. Goin added. By tracking my activities and scoring them on the energy and engagement gauges, I have been able to see for myself what brings me joy and what doesn't. Then I work on doing more of what brings me joy and less of what doesn't. I'm not one to do workbooks, but doing the exercises in this one, is truly helping me increase the quality of my life, Mrs. Goin said. Thanks to Bill and Dave. The workbook is highly recommended for anyone seeking increased satisfaction in life and a blueprint for carving new paths.

Will ABSOLUTELY recommend to clients!
Derived From Web , Jun 26, 2018
I got this workbook at the recommendation of a professor, but I am a kinesthetic learner and wanted to review this tool before recommending it to my clients. Wow! That was pretty impressive, right? It's a great exercise in designing your life rather than just letting it happen, he said. I'm mid-life and starting a new career that I find incredibly fulfilling, so I'm using this to design the extracurricular parts of my life to fit my work, he said.

I love the idea of this book and putting a lot ...
Derived From Web , May 29, 2018
I love the idea of this book and putting a lot of different ideas forward, he said. However, I was putting more effort into completing the activities and brainstorming than actually living life. I know what I want to do, I was just having trouble starting and this workbook was not getting me any closer to cljumpg in. It was mostly a passing reference, but I handed the book over to a friend.

Great addition to the book, which has so many great ways to apply design thinking to your life, so you can figure out what to do when you grow up- or just what to do next.
