A new gnosis

Whether or not you believe two teleported beings into the authors'living room or not, this book contains cutting-edge spiritual wisdom. The heart of the material is truth, which is at home with New Thought, Gnosticism, Advaita Vedanta and other systems. Just toying with the powerful ideas presented here will undo your ego. Lapsed Christians may find the teachings about Jesus refreshing, as Paulist dogma is stripped away so that the real lessons of Christ can be emphasised. Fundamentalists are offended as Jesus is shown as a peer and not a mediator in the way of God's light. The book works well in parallel with A Course in Miracles or, I believe, on its own. Readers who are overwhelmed by the sheer size of ACIM might start with this book as a bridge to its teaching.

I made it through about 75%. The book is written in a conversational style between the author and the 2 others. The snarky humor is far too annoying to be able to engage in the book's material.

Most Mind-blowing Book I Ever Have Read

Since age six, I have been an avid reader. I have read about the world religions, a myriad of spiritual and metaphysical books, tons of mediated information, etc. But this book quickly rose to the top of the Favorites due to its unique explanation of why we exist in such a world and how we can return to Oneness. It is a true story, a page turner even as I found gems of insight in nearly every paragraph. I have reread the majority of the book and underlined it on a yearly basis. If you would like to be introduced to a new view of life and given some practical tools to make leaps in your spiritual evolution, I hope you read this. Since age 18, I have been a spiritual seeker and can finally say I have found what I have been looking for. It is an extremely attractive introduction to the core principles of A Course In Miracles, which has become very entertaining for me now, much to my surprise.

A different take on the teachings of Christ

This may be the most life changing book I ever read and I have read tons of spiritual books in my 68 years. I am on my third reading in 15 months. Beware - This is part of a trilogy and you can 't stop with just one. The teaching in this comes from two incarnated masters who were once ascended as apostles Thomas and Thaddeus. There is much talk about what they say that Jesus was really like and what he taught. They also promote studying A Course in Miracles, which they feel is an updated and corrected version of Jesus's teaching for modern people. If you are happy with conventional Christianity or are really attached to its teachings, stay a mile away from this book. If you want to look at an alternative version of what Jesus taught, read this.

A wonderful easy to read book about applying the principles of ACIM in daily life

As a spiritual seeker and student of the course in Miracles, I have had my own set of miracles, revelations and joys, and it felt wonderful to see the struggle in understanding a fellow student and the miracles that it brought into his life. Highly recommended reading this book!
