This is for new or mostly new Advisors.
Michael and Michael's Planning Triangle is used by new advisers. There are some components. The plan for completion There is a practice plan. There is a business plan. The job is done once these are completed correctly using the dialogue offered by Mike Steranka and Mike Gerber. Michaels voice will guide you and your firm into the light, if you stick to the plans. Why only 4 stars? The book will explain. It's about why most Advisory practices don't work. The final star is left to you. This isn't a book that will help you. I would not have it any other way, if I had a hands on approach. I had hoped for more specific Financial Advisory topics. If you are serious about a Financial Advisory practice. If you want to do something together, use the Triangle.

E-Myth Financial Advisor a huge disappointment
I gave this one star because of the original writing. I have given away a number of copies of his book to help others. I was interested in how another financial planner might use the E- Myth techniques in their practice. I wasn't happy from page one. I will admit that he has an expert in selling insurance products. The methods in this book are based on sales, residuals, etc. I don't think any consumer would think this was financial planning. I was sad to see that the book was degraded in this way. If you want to serve the needs of the client, not just produce sales, you should read the original E- Myth book.

   I loved the EMyth book
I was hoping that this book would have real life examples for process and how to actually run the business that I loved in the EMyth book. Not the case at all. It's a copy of the original book, with a slightly different bend to it. Go ahead and skip it.

Can't believe garbage like this is out there.
I have not written in the side of a book in a long time. I think the.01 I spent on this used book was a waste. The book is a waste of paper and doesn't have any value to anyone who is a sales person in the financial services industry. I think it's the same thing as the downfall of the consulting practice of Gerber. The fact that this book exists and someone gave it any stars is a positive for me, knowing that the role of a trusted adviser is still relevant with garbage like this out there.

Same as his other books in the E Myth series.
I have read four books in the E Myth series. The basic ideas in all of his books are necessary to understand if you are going to start a business or already have one. I' ve read books to learn about problems in different types of businesses. I received a B.S. a long time ago. There is a degree in general business. The degree took 4 years but should have been reduced to 4 months and I should have read some of the E Myth books. It's hard for technicians to start a business if they don't create a job for themselves and then think they have to work hard to succeed.
