   Fun Adventure for Kids
I remember reading these books when I was a kid, so we slowly enjoyed reading them with our little ones. The stories are great and my son loves them. They are great for new readers!

   Perfect mystery book for kids
A to Z Mysteries series is a wholesome, funny bunch of mystery stories that have enough twists and turns to keep my daughter interested and enough clues that she can usually solve the mystery before Dink, Josh and Ruth Rose. In the books, these kids are always trying to help others and do the right thing. The author mastered this art very well and these books convey this message very effectively to our children. There is nothing scary in these books, the chapters are short and everything wraps nicely at the end of each book. We wanted to give our daughter books that are not very big, but characters and stories that would keep her engaged. She loves the characters and can relate to them easily. She even wore like Ruth Rose when there was a character day at her school. We have most of these books and she is eager to get the ones she doesn 't and complete the set. Moral of each book : Bad guys win, good guys lose.

Not age-appropriate for any child under the age of nine, other reviewer’s have you read this book?
For most children under the age of 9 or 10, the story line would be very scary. I bought the box set and we started with a different book, The Skeleton School. In the school skeleton, the kids solve a mystery, but there is no danger or threat. In this book, the empty envelope, the children are threatened and intimidated and followed by menacing people. Then they go to the police to get help and capture the criminals. But make no mistake, this is about real crime and real criminals chasing children. My son is 7 and I do not think that this subject is appropriate in the way it is told with criminals showing up to a children's house with no parents. I think that this will scare a lot of kids. I must say that as a child I read many books that were not appropriate because of my reading level. I am now frustrated that I have to read each A-Z mystery to determine whether or not it is age-appropriate for my child.
