   Great series
He's a reluctant reader and completed these so quickly. I wish there were more ''.

Great books! So sad this is the last one.
My son is 9 and 3rd grade and hates reading, but LOVES this series! These are probably some of the only books we have found that he enjoys! One of the first times he read one, he said : WHAT?! '' I read for 20 minutes?! . It happened only like 5! Merci! '' They have a very quirky and affectionate story line! I also feel like they would be appropriate for all children, especially those needing a slower transition to chapter books. They are chapter books, but they have a picture every 2 pages, which my son loves! Great for 2nd and 3rd graders... or a higher first grade reader!

Good book for reluctant boy readers
My son, 10, and in 4th grade enjoyed these books, but were so easy to do 1 a night, so I recommend closer to a second-third grade level.

   Great series!
My six-year-old voracious reader has loved the Eerie Elementary series. He recommended this series to a friend. I find it great when he can find something that he enjoys reading.

   Perfect for the emerging reader
He has been a reluctant reader from the beginning, but something caught his attention in the first book of Eerie Elementary and he has been waiting anxiously for each follow-up book. The plot is engaging, yet is presented on his level. I would say perfect for 2nd or 3rd graders, although my 5th grader blew through them to see what his little brother was so excited about.
