Whether you are looking for delicious, nutritious recipes that will help you manage your pre-diabetes, this book is a great resource. In her book, Harris-Pincus shares her vast knowledge and expertise on the subject of pre-diabetes and diabetes. I've tried so many of the recipes since I've bought the book and I've learned so much about eating food that tastes good and is good for you, she said. This is a must-have in your kitchen. The book removes any fear that one might have had with a new diagnosis of prediabetes. The book is presented in a way that relates to the average reader with simple language and thoughtful suggestions. These 200 recipes can be shared with all, not just those with prediabetes or diabetes. There are three types of cakes: chiffon, caramel and chocolate.

Unique and important book for pre-diabetic people, but anyone can benefit from the recipes, the author said. The book is attractive and well-photographed, Levine said. The book includes easy-to-understand recipes that are both healthy and easy to make. Some recipes include ingredients I have never heard of, can't pronounce or find in regular grocery stores. I'm not buying that book. I bought this one and it is for sure a worthwhile addition to a library's cookbook.

This book is very well formatted and easy to follow, Raymond said. There are some facts about nutrition and tips on how to incorporate more nutritious foods into a daily diet plan. I especially like the tip about not taking away foods you should be adding more nutritious filling foods into your plan. This book is just fabulous for anyone who has ever struggled with diabetes. From the very first chapter that includes excellent tips to manage pre-diabetes, I was impressed. Easy to prepare and excellent value for money, these are just a few of the reasons why people love these recipes.    Tasty recipes!
The recipes are very well written, easy to follow and delicious, too. The ingredients are easy to find in your local supermarket so there's no running around to find the one or two things needed to make the recipes. The first chapter on managing and reversing Pre-Diabetes is informative even if you have not been diagnosed with the disease, as in my case. Also, the Appendix has salt-free spice mixes, grocery shopping tips, and a 10-week plan to kick-start Pre-Diabetes, which is all very useful and helpful. Overall a great book, said Pauley.

I love this book because the recipes are so easy and the ones I've made do far have been delicious, Melissa said.
