My 10-year-old grandson and I love solving puzzles together. The newspaper print of this book and the smaller size just doesn 't grab his interest. Put on a different paper and a larger format, he might like it better.

   Not attractive inside; overwhelming layout
There are lots of games to play. Most are too hard for my 6 year old to speak on his own without adult being through it. However, it is cheap! In a few years, maybe someone in our family will like it better.

I love reading the book questions, a great learning experience for any child. I do not put the age on intelligence. I 'd say that it can be suitable for any age group, just ask the person you buy it for if they want to solve the puzzles and see what happens!

   Crammed full of imaginative and unusual puzzles
Flexible soft cover but sturdy enough to withstand traveling. This book contains a wide variety of puzzles, including unique riddles and jokes of a kind we have never seen before. We expected a book of new puzzles, but were pleasantly surprised to find something solid on many pages! The level is good, I'd say for children between 8 and 11 years old, my boy is a fairly advanced 8-12 year old who has done lots of crosswords, sudoku, etc. I could see that the level would be enjoyable for a few years yet.

   Nice quality but too difficult for a child.
My daughter just did not get interested in it. It was too difficult for them and even when I tried to help it was with quite a few having minor trouble. The answers are found in the back, but that takes the fun out of it completely. The book is, however, very good and the illustrations are pretty good.
