   An Excellent Book
This book is very useful. It gives you a biblical perspective with wisdom to apply immediately, and it touches on every aspect of the life of a wife. The nature and design of being a wife, the responsibilities, the structure of a wife's needs and purposes, as well as a wife's vulnerabilities such as fear, loneliness, and bitterness are some of the aspects of being a wife. I learned a lot from this. They offer a good beginning guide to finding the bibles message and counsel to the people in a marriage relationship. I want to apply what I' ve learned and return again to keep an eye on what the scriptures say.

I was trying to fix my relationship. The book is messed up. It helped me realize how bad my solution was. After I broke up with my boyfriend, I threw the book away. I have been happy about it.

There are many excellent biblical truths in this book. I had to disagree with the author's viewpoints. I don't think I can recommend this book. I would like to have Elizabeth Elliot as a mentor.

I have learned so much since I read this almost 10 years into our marriage and have been able to apply. I like a good practical book that gives lots of life examples and this one is one of the best. I love that every example has an abundance of Scripture. I bought a parallel book for my husband and we are going to read it together.
