I followed the diet as suggested for the first 28 days, then introduced wine on the weekends and still lost weight. Stick to the list of no's summed up. 2 days of carbfruit. 2 days of veggiesprotein. 3 days a reasonable mix, but keep the calories around 1800 for men, 1200 if you are a small framed woman like me. Keep portions to 4 ounces of protein, 1 cup of fruit, minimal fats. 12 to 34 cup grains are used. Drink lots of vegetables and eat your water. You will lose the same amount of weight and eat often, your metabolism will be fine. For her, it was good to find a new package for an old product.
