   It Really Works
If you follow the instructions of Haylie, you will lose weight. I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and start next 20! It is more of a change in eating style of life and not a diet. I am 65 and loosing weight has been extremely difficult to lose until I changed my eating habits.

I lost my goal of 20 lbs using the book and the app ''. It took 2 months, but I did not do any workouts. I followed the diet as suggested for the first 28 days, then introduced wine on the weekends and still lost weight. It works, but takes a lot of preparation and organization, but if you really want to lose weight, you will stick with it!

I am a college graduate and worked for 40 years in healthcare. Outrageously expensive to cook the ingredients and impossible to find time to buy the goods! Impossibly confusing and a great way to lose weight, not gain it. Returned for a partial refund.

   JUST DO THIS - THE BOOK IS A JUST A REPACKAGE
Stick to the list of no's summed up. 2 days of carbfruit. 2 days of veggiesprotein. 3 days a reasonable mix, but keep the calories around 1800 for men, 1200 if you are a small framed woman like me. Keep portions to 4 ounces of protein, 1 cup of fruit, minimal fats. 12 to 34 cup grains are used. Drink lots of vegetables and eat your water. You will lose the same amount of weight and eat often, your metabolism will be fine. For her, it was good to find a new package for an old product.
