Absolutely stunning book

I'm not a hobby or trade, but I appreciate the beauty of flowers and I love getting inspired to create simple arrangements for my home. This book did not disappoint. The book's cover is embossed with the writer's name and the price tag. Really sharp photos, great lighting and beautiful backgrounds.

Wonderful storyteller

In her book, "The Grace of Imperfection," Hunter writes about her experiences working with her husband, Frank. It was truly lovely and I highly recommend it. It was a present from a friend of mine.

A visual feast with practical information
Derived From Web , Nov 29, 2021
This witty, witty style of writing coupled with her beautifully evocative photographs make this book you will enjoy and cherish whether you are a lover of photography, floral design, or gardening. In this book, Lucy shares her extensive knowledge and gives practical directions and tips on floral design, photography, drying flowers, making journals and stimulating creativity. In doing so, she provides readers with a book that is both a visual feast and a handbook of practical information. This book will encourage you to see the beauty of nature in a new light. It's just that I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautifully Executed
Derived From Web , Nov 22, 2021
In this enchanting world of fairies and gardens, you will find the enchanting world of Lucy Hunter. Bloomin' will inspire you to grow and create with the billowy and whimsical flowers that can grace a home with a more naturalistic flair. I was able to attend a workshop with Lucy in the Berkeley area, and she is both the real deal in the floral world, as well as an absolutely delightful human, both qualities which shine through in her clear and unfussy directions for bringing the natural world into yourself. Sometimes all one needs to work with the less-than-perfect elements of the universe that we all have access to is both permission and seeing someone execute such divine arrangements with the quirky, the twisted and the slightly spent. If you are an interior decorator, gardener, or photographer, this book has it all.

A truly lovely book.
Derived From Web , Nov 21, 2021
Oddly enough after opening this book with it's pictures of the most gorgeous flowers, living in a place so different from the beautiful settings in the book, it made me see the natural beauty outside my own windows. I'm not usually a user of the word enchanting, but this book warrants it.
